Congratulations, December 2022 Katz Graduates!

Congratulations to the December 2022 graduates of the master’s degree programs from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.

To celebrate the accomplishments of 90 graduates from the Master of Business Administration and the Master of Science programs, faculty, staff, and other supporters gathered at a reception on Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, at Alumni Hall.

Gene Anderson, Henry E. Haller Jr. Dean, addressed the graduates, calling the night, “a time to celebrate your accomplishments, contributions, and futures.”

He started by recognizing the faculty, staff, family, friends, and loved ones who inspired, guided, and supported the students. Next, he thanked the graduates for allowing Pitt the chance to invest in their lives.

“You will always be a part of the Pitt Katz family. A family that will always be here for you, ready to support you when you need us, and ready to celebrate you when you make us proud,” said Anderson. “And we are confident that you will make us proud.”

These graduates mastered key business principles through integrated learning, which is a hallmark of a Katz education, and are now joining the 33,000 Katz business alumni, in nearly 90 countries, who are using business as a force for social good.
