Enactus is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring students to improve th world through entrepreneurial action. Working with leading corporate partners and member universities, Pitt Enactus establishes student programs on campus. With the support and encouragement of their faculty advisors and a local business advisory board, Pitt Enactus students deploy entrepreneurial action to improve the human condition and enable sustainable human progress.

In 2017, Pitt Enactus hosted two Innovation Pitch competitions, Fall and Spring, with more than 25 teams from three universities (University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, and Robert Morris University) participating and a variety of majors including Business and Engineering.

Pitt Enactus also participated in the regional and national competitions. Our chapter received a Regional Championship Award and also placed third in the National bracket.

Greg Coticchia, the advisor for Pitt Enactus, was recently selected to the National Enactus Faculty Advisory Committee (FAC) for 2017-2018.
