STUDENT SPOTLIGHT
Pitt Business is much more than just an education. It is a community filled with passion and effort. The student community is what makes Pitt Business unique. The students support one another every day. They work collaboratively to grow their skill and knowledge competencies while also developing personally and professionally. The students develop a network of their own which will remain long after graduation.
This past summer, I worked as a Corporate Accounting intern for Westinghouse Electric Company. I had the opportunity to directly make an impact on the company and work with Westinghouse’s recent M&As. Without the mentorship from my professors at Pitt, I would not have been able to impact the company even while working virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic.
