The University of Pittsburgh Center for Sustainable Business is proud to host Jennifer Smokelin, Esquire, partner at Reed Smith and Pitt Law adjunct professor for a strategy primer. She will present a framework that small and medium businesses can use to develop their company strategy for navigating the dynamic and uneven climate legislative landscape.
The strategy primer will cover:
- Why have there been increasing policies, laws, and litigation when it comes to climate?
- How can uncertainties regarding these new laws be navigated?
- What resources are available and how can you implement them?
