Don currently works with evening MBA students and MAcc (Master of Science in Accounting) students seeking career advice, professional development and employer engagement. He provides assistance to international students seeking assistance with developing job and internship strategies. Don also works with diversity students and coordinates activities for those interested in participating in national diversity conferences, career fairs, and case competitions.
Don serves as the liaison to the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), the Association of Latino Professional in Finance and Accounting Pittsburgh (ALPFA), the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), the National Association of Asian MBAs, and DISCO, which provides Career Forums for Japanese-English bilingual students. Don also works with the Alumni and Development Office on special projects and is the liaison for PBAN (Pittsburgh Black Alumni Network.
Don works with the Office of Admissions at the Katz to identify and recruit diversity applicants for the full time MBA Program. He is currently on the selection committee of the Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP) which introduces high school diversity students to accounting, finance, economics, technology and management.
