Currently, Mark Kush is the Director of Customer Collaboration & Service at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Mark ‘s team is responsible for processing $9.0 B in orders annually and for partnering with the customer base on designing and implementing mutually beneficial supply chain initiatives.
Before Goodyear, Mark spent 15 years at Heinz North America. In his most recent role, he ran the Customer Service organization and was responsible for the Order Management work stream during their SAP implementation. Previously, he spent several years in various Supply Chain strategy leadership roles focusing in on optimizing costs and enhancing overall service levels.
Prior to joining Heinz, Mark worked in Retailing Management for several years.
Mark earned a BS in Marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Mark resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
