Real-World Learning

Real-world learning experiences at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business come in many forms. We believe that a student’s education has two important parts: Integrated Learning and Experiential Learning.

Integrated Learning focuses on how different subjects in business are connected. It helps students understand the synergies between big ideas. Students see concepts from many points of view and learn ways of looking at things.

Experiential Learning is all about applying your knowledge to solve real-world business problems. In these special programs, graduate students analyze data and formulate novel solutions to meet the needs of the community partner or client organization. This hands-on approach reinforces important skills students need to be successful in the business world, including critical thinking, teamwork and communication.

Current students should contact their academic advisor and prospective students should contact our admissions team for more information about any of our offerings.
