With over 25 years of leadership experience, Kim has directly led organizations of five to 300 employees; provided programs and services to a workforce of 10,000; served college communities of 1,000 to 30,000 students; facilitated staff and organizational development activities; managed budgets up to $50 million; implemented enterprise-wide software systems; managed organizational communication and branding strategies, and provided oversight of space exceeding two-million square feet.

Kim earned a doctorate in Leadership and Administration at Point Park University, a Master of Science in College Student Personnel at Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Kentucky University. Research interests include change management, organizational performance, workforce development, policy development, student development and learning, and Title IX. Kim currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Executive Director for the Executive MBA programs and Center for Executive Education at the University of Pittsburgh.
