Terri has over twenty years of progressive leadership roles in Brand Management, Advertising, Human Resources and Recruitment Marketing. This experience spans across many industries including; consumer brands-PepsiCo, pharmaceutical-GlaxoSmithKline, higher education-University of Pittsburgh and financial services-BNY Mellon and currently a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton where she was recently awarded a CandE from the Talent Board for her current work supporting the Candidate Experience.
During her tenure at BNY Mellon, Terri developed their initial Employer Value Proposition and was responsible for Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing Strategies to support all levels of global hiring. She held the role of Assistant Dean and Head of Career Services and Corporate Relations at the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
As a current member in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Terri holds a Global Professional Human Resource Professional Certification. She has taught human resources and marketing at several universities in Pennsylvania and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Katz Graduate School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
